Paul commenced his accounting career in the late 70’s and worked within various departments of several accounting firms before setting up his own practice. JCC Global (formerly known as the World Confederation of Jewish Community Centers- Wcjcc) was established in May 1977 in Jerusalem, as the umbrella organization of all the continental and regional networks of JCCs. He graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Business and had a graduate degree from the Northwestern Kellogg School of Business.
